We are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Duties will include responding to customer requests, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle concerns professionally. Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
