Leisure Channel Business Advisor

The incumbent drives business growth and brand equity in the Taichung Leisure Channel through best-in-class territory management and effective execution of impactful brand activities to achieve sales targets. The role also emphasizes strong client partnerships, market intelligence gathering, and efficient resource management to ensure high execution quality within the assigned district.

As Leisure Channel Business Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage territory execution by optimizing investment allocation and implementing JTI trade strategies through accurate shipment forecasting, effective distribution, and inventory control to minimize out-of-stock (OOS) risks.
• Oversee outlet contract and trade program management to ensure compliance, high-quality execution, and timely achievement of assigned business targets.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with key clients to support project continuity while systematically collecting and reporting market and competitor intelligence.
• Plan and implement consumer-focused brand activation programs to enhance brand visibility and awareness across the assigned territory.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 1 year Sales experience, specifically in HoReCa, Pub, Night Club
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint presentations
• Excellent Mandarin communication skills. Basic English is a plus
• Strong People Skill and negotiation skill
