Summary:
As a Commis I specializing in Italian Cuisine, you will work in a kitchen setting, assisting with food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food quality meets the restaurant’s standards. You will be responsible for a range of tasks to support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality Italian dishes.

Job Responsibility:
1. Assist with the preparation of ingredients and cooking of dishes following Italian recipes.
2. Ensure all food items are prepared and stored according to food safety standards.
3. Monitor food quality and presentation to meet the restaurant’s standards.
4. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service during busy hours.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
6. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
7. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of food items.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in Italian cuisine.
2. Knowledge of Italian cooking techniques and recipes.
3. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from chefs.
4. Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
5. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
6. Certification from a culinary school or relevant training programs is a plus.
7. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning and growth in the culinary field.
