Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The Hostess will greet customers, seat them, and ensure they have a great experience at our establishment.
Job Responsibility:
– Welcome guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
– Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
– Take reservations and manage the seating chart
– Communicate effectively with the waitstaff to ensure smooth customer service
– Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed
Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer service role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
– Strong organizational skills
– A friendly and outgoing personality
