Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to assist customers with booking reservations, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility:
– Answering incoming calls and emails from customers to assist with booking reservations.
– Providing accurate information about availability, pricing, and policies.
– Processing reservations and payments in a timely manner.
– Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
– Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times.

Candidate Requirements:
– Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office applications.
