Job Description: 

We are hiring an Inbound Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver exceptional service while adhering to call center standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound calls and follow standard greeting, verification, and closing procedures.
• Meet SLAs for wait time, handling time, and service quality.
• Manage general queries, updates, corrections, and simple service transactions.
• De‑escalate customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Log all interactions accurately in the system.
• Support root‑cause analysis of repeat calls and contribute to improving FAQs and knowledge base.
• Redirect complex cases to the correct team with proper follow‑up.

Required Skills to be successful 

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution‑oriented.
• Accuracy in documentation and comfort with CRM tools.
• Experience in call centers or insurance (preferred).
• English required; Arabic is an advantage.
