Summary:
The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to guests, visitors, and staff.
Job Responsibility:
– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
– Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously
– Assist guests with their queries, requests, and complaints
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
– Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Candidate Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience in a customer service role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
