Front Office Driver – The Cove Rotana Resort Rotana

Summary:
We are seeking a Front Office Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for our company’s executives and guests. The ideal candidate will also assist with general office duties as needed.

Job Responsibility:
1. Safely transport company executives and guests to and from various locations.
2. Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle.
3. Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and receiving guests.
4. Adhere to traffic rules and regulations at all times.
5. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off schedules are followed.
6. Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
2. Prior experience as a driver or chauffeur preferred.
3. Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
6. Punctual and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
