Chef De Partie – Pastry – The Cove Rotana Resort Rotana
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie – Pastry to join our culinary team and assist in the preparation of delicious pastries and desserts.
Job Responsibility:
– Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, bread, and desserts according to recipes or chef’s instructions
– Ensure all pastries are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
– Monitor inventory of ingredients and place orders as needed
– Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
– Maintain a clean and organized workstation
– Comply with health and safety regulations
Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Pastry Chef De Partie or similar role
– In-depth knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation techniques
– Creative and detail-oriented approach to food preparation
– Strong organizational and leadership skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
