Position: DISTRIBUTOR MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Distributor Manager to join our dynamic team. This integral role is key to driving the distribution strategy and managing relationships with our network of distributors. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding market reach, ensuring optimal performance of distributor partnerships, and enhancing operational efficiency across our distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage effective distribution strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with distributors to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor distributor performance metrics regularly, providing coaching and support to enhance their sales effectiveness and customer service quality.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product availability and delivery within the distribution network.
- Identify opportunities for expanding distribution channels in existing and new markets by analysing sales trends and customer feedback.
- Lead negotiations of distribution agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Manage budgets related to distributor programs, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, outlining achievements, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that could impact distribution operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in distribution management, preferably within a related industry sector.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and distributor networks.
