Sales Trainee
Are you detail‑oriented, curious, and eager to learn? Join us as a Sales Trainee and gain hands‑on experience in one of the most dynamic areas of our business.
👀 What you will do
- Maintain and update databases to track key metrics and performance indicators.
- Gather, organize, and match data from different sources to ensure accuracy.
- Merge, clean, and structure datasets into a unified database.
- Generate new outlet codes for retail channels, ensuring proper categorization.
- Support the implementation of trade marketing plans and initiatives.
- Learn sales principles, industry trends, and software tools — with guidance from senior team members.
📚 What we are looking for
- A student or graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence with Excel and data management tools.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to grow.
- Team spirit and good communication skills.
⏱ Traineeship format
- 4 hours per day, flexible schedule
- Real hands-on experience – not coffee runs
- You’ll be treated as part of the team and encouraged to share ideas that matter
