Trainee in Material Supply
Are you analytical, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn how global supply chains work? Join us as a Material Supply Trainee and gain hands‑on experience in planning, reporting, and ensuring uninterrupted material flow across markets.
👀 What you will do
- Collect data and update Demand Planning tool (Prolog – MRP) and Bonded warehouse report.
- Keep Production Master Data updated and accurate in corporate systems.
- Prepare reports such as Material Supply Forecasts, Stock Level Forecasts for Tbilisi WH, Material Coverage Reports, and Write‑Off Reports.
- Monitor and maintain accurate BOMs for active SKUs across all markets.
- To be involved in purchasing and selling price agreements with FP&A.
- Monitor and report potential write‑offs, maintaining quarterly Write‑Off Reports for all relevant functions.
📚 What we are looking for
- A student or graduate in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and planning tools; interest in ERP/MRP systems.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
⏱ Traineeship format
- 4 hours per day, flexible schedule
- Real hands-on experience – not coffee runs
- You’ll be treated as part of the team and encouraged to share ideas that matter
