Summary:
We are looking for a Head Butcher to oversee the operations of our butchery department, manage a team of butchers, and ensure the quality and efficiency of meat preparation and handling.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and coordinate the work of butchers in cutting, trimming, packaging, and displaying meat products.
2. Train butchers on meat cutting techniques, food safety standards, and customer service.
3. Ensure the quality, freshness, and proper storage of all meat products.
4. Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain equipment.
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special orders.
6. Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations in the butchery department.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a professional butcher, with prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
2. In-depth knowledge of different cuts of meat, butchery techniques, and meat processing.
3. Strong communication and leadership skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in meat handling.
6. Physical stamina and dexterity to stand for long hours and lift heavy meat cuts.
