We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and dependable Logistics Assistant to join our operations team. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting daily logistics activities, including coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with the smooth movement of goods and materials.
To be successful as a Logistics Assistant, you should be organized, able to meet deadlines, and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.
Logistics Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and stock levels
Prepare and update logistics documents and reports
Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and warehouse staff
Monitor delivery schedules and report delays or issues
Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of goods
Liaise with supervisors to ensure logistics requirements are met
Eligibility:
Interested candidates with prior experience and freshers are welcome to apply
Basic computer and data entry skills
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and willing to assist in operational tasks
