Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized F&B Coordinator to oversee all food and beverage operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating menus, ordering supplies, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibility:
– Plan and coordinate all F&B activities, including menu planning, pricing, and promotions
– Order food and beverages, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste
– Supervise F&B staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
– Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction, responding to feedback and complaints in a timely manner
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless F&B operations and guest experience

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience in F&B coordination or a similar role
– Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including menu planning, food costing, and inventory management
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to lead and motivate a team
– Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service
