Foreman Full Time
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily work activities on site.
The Foreman will be responsible for managing workers, ensuring work is completed on time, maintaining safety standards, and meeting project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead workers on-site to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Assign daily duties and monitor work progress
Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and management
Inspect work quality and ensure standards are met
Monitor tools, materials, and equipment usage
Report progress, issues, and delays to management
Train and guide workers when necessary
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to read drawings and work plans (preferred)
Knowledge of safety procedures and site regulations
Physically fit and able to work on-site
Basic English communication skills
Working Conditions:
