Gym Instructor Full Time

We are looking for a motivated and professional Gym Trainer to join our fitness team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and personalized fitness training to gym members, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement customized workout programs based on clients’ fitness levels and goals

Provide one-on-one and group training sessions

Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure correct form to prevent injuries

Monitor clients’ progress and adjust training programs as needed

Offer guidance on basic nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits

Ensure gym equipment is used safely and kept clean

Motivate and encourage clients to maintain consistency and discipline

Enforce gym rules and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Gym Trainer or Fitness Trainer

Relevant fitness certification (preferred)

Good knowledge of exercise techniques, strength training, and cardio workouts

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to motivate and inspire clients

Physically fit and energetic

Flexible to work shifts, including evenings or weekends
