We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RRP Brand Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to brand development and retail pricing strategies within a collaborative and supportive environment.
As an RRP Brand Associate, you will play a key role in managing the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) initiatives to ensure consistency and competitiveness across all product lines. You will be responsible for conducting market analysis, monitoring pricing trends, and supporting pricing strategy implementation that aligns with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of RRP strategies to support brand positioning and profitability.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor pricing analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to align pricing policies.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of pricing information across all sales channels and marketing materials.
- Support ongoing monitoring of sales performance relative to RRP adjustments and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to inform decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the coordination of promotional activities and pricing campaigns in line with brand objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in retail, pricing analysis, or brand management is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
