Process Analyst Manager

What this role is about?

The position exists to support Global Treasury function, specifically SAP FSCM and SAP Cash Management — capable of driving and coordinating projects across both technical areas. This role will analyze business needs and architect relevant treasury-related solutions, ensuring effective operation, integration, and continuous improvement of platforms and interfaces that support treasury trading, accounting, payments, and liquidity processes.

What will you do?

• Analyze business needs and architect relevant solutions in treasury-related areas
• Provide technical support for incidents and manage the lifecycle of change requests
• Participate and eventually drive in large-scale or cross-process projects and maintain the knowledge database
• Develop and align long-term strategies for host-to-host interfaces between the company and banks/treasury platforms
• Ensure compliance with legislation, due diligence, and audit requirements
• Continuously reassess existing solutions, proactively identifying risks and critical factors
• Validate technical changes impacting treasury solutions
• Own and perform regular controls (such as J-Sox and Baseline controls)
• Sustain relationships with key vendors

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Cash Management (SAP CM), including bank account management, liquidity planning, cash operations, and integration with treasury processes
• Strong functional experience in SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management), with emphasis on Treasury, Payments, In-house Cash or Liquidity Planning
• Proven track record leading and delivering cross‑functional treasury or finance system projects, interacting with business, IT, and external stakeholders
• Experience analyzing business requirements and architecting end‑to‑end treasury solutions, integrating SAP and non‑SAP platforms
• Solid background supporting incident resolution and managing the full lifecycle of change requests in treasury applications
• Fluent in English language
