We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell company products or services, build strong customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, or walk-ins
Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing clients
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer details
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports when required
Coordinate with the sales manager and other departments
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Proven experience as a sales person or in a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)
Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
Experience
Freshers can apply
1–3 years of sales experience preferred
