We are hiring a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will welcome visitors, handle calls, and support daily administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
• Manage appointments and meeting schedules
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Maintain visitor logs and front desk records
• Support office administration and staff coordination
Eligibility:
• Experience and freshers can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
• Presentable, organized, and responsible
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
