Summary:
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent who is fluent in Russian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and assisting with guest inquiries.
Job Responsibility:
– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Manage reservations and check-ins/outs
– Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Candidate Requirements:
– Fluent in Russian and English
– Proven experience in a customer service role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Knowledge of hotel procedures and hospitality industry is a plus
