Housekeeping Attendant – The Cove Rotana Resort Rotana

Summary:
We are looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our team and maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment for our guests.

Job Responsibility:
– Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
– Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized according to company standards
– Change linens and make beds in guest rooms
– Restock room amenities and ensure supplies are well-maintained
– Handle and report lost and found items
– Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
– Follow all health and safety regulations

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or similar role
– Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
– Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
– Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
– High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
