What you will do
- Strategize for Success: Develop and implement a winning sales strategy to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Lead with Impact: Set individual sales targets and delegate responsibilities to your team, ensuring they have the resources they need to excel.
- Drive Performance: Monitor and evaluate the activities and performance of the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
- Collaborate for Results: Liaise with supporting functions to ensure the achievement of sales objectives and cultivate effective business relationships with key decision-makers.
- Analyze and Optimize: Forecast sales revenue, analyze data to identify opportunities, and manage debtor and stock days within budget.
Required Skills for Success
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
- Leadership Excellence: Experienced in managing day-to-day sales operations and leading a team to success.
- Tech-Savvy: Excellent MS Office skills, with SAP knowledge being an added advantage.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 3 years of managerial sales experience in the automotive industry.
