We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Promote and sell company products or services over the phone.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and politely.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
Target-oriented with a positive and confident attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity is an advantage.
