Summary:
The Assistant Director of Sales will assist the Director of Sales in leading and coordinating the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Job Responsibility:
1. Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop sales strategies and plans to meet company objectives.
2. Assist in managing and motivating the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
3. Monitor sales metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and increase market share.
5. Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
5. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
