Driver – Front Office – The Cove Rotana Resort Rotana

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Driver (Heavy Vehicle- Bus) to transport clients or goods in a safe and timely manner. The Driver will be responsible for operating various vehicles, following traffic laws, and ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained.

Job Responsibility:
– Safely transport clients or goods to their destination
– Adhere to traffic laws and follow safe driving practices
– Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle
– Perform vehicle inspections and report any issues
– Provide excellent customer service to clients
– Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and fuel consumption

Candidate Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license for the specific type of vehicle (Heavy Vehicle- Bus)
– Proven experience as a Driver or relevant position
– Clean driving record with no traffic violations
– Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps
– Ability to lift heavy packages and goods
– Excellent communication and customer service skills

1. Safely transport staff and guests to various locations.
2. Assist with front office tasks such as answering phones, receiving guests, and handling mail.
3. Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle.
4. Follow all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
5. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
2. Proven experience as a Driver or similar role.
3. Familiarity with office tasks such as answering phones and greeting guests.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
