We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Co-ordinator to manage and monitor daily logistics operations for our client in Dubai.
The role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely delivery while complying with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules.
Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, warehouse teams, and clients.
Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, delivery notes, etc.).
Track shipments and provide real-time status updates to stakeholders.
Maintain logistics records and update ERP systems accurately.
Ensure compliance with UAE customs and company procedures.
Resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer complaints promptly.
Monitor inventory movements in coordination with the warehouse team.
Prepare logistics reports and performance metrics.
