Summary:
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction during their stay at our establishment. You will assist guests with inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and addressing any concerns they may have during their stay.

Job Responsibility:
– Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
– Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs
– Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, or in person
– Provide information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and surrounding areas
– Address guest concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
– Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
– Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
– Proficiency in using hotel management software systems
– Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
