Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior management. The role requires strong calendar and diary management skills, professionalism, and fluency in Arabic and English.
What you will do
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and diaries
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and executive schedules
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential and ad‑hoc EA support tasks
Required Skills to be successful
- Minimum 6 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong MS Office and organizational skills
- Experience supporting senior leadership
