We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls
Schedule appointments and manage office calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties
Manage office supplies and inventory
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational skills
