We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Back Office Helper to support our daily office operations.
The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and general office support to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with filing, photocopying, and document organization
Maintain and update records as required
Support data entry and basic computer tasks
Help manage office supplies and inventory
Assist other departments with routine back-office duties
Ensure documents are properly stored and organized
Requirements
Minimum high school education
Basic computer knowledge
Good organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions
Honest, punctual, and hardworking
Previous experience is an advantage but not required
