Marketing Assistant Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing department in executing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and maintaining brand consistency.

The ideal candidate will assist in both digital and offline marketing tasks and contribute to achieving the company’s marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions

Support social media management, content scheduling, and basic analytics

Coordinate with designers, vendors, and external agencies

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and campaign documentation

Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and materials

Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities

Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role is an advantage

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of basic graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop – basic level)

Familiarity with email marketing and CRM systems

Experience in the UAE market is an advantage
