The Receiving Agent is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming materials and products. They ensure that deliveries are accurate and that items are in good condition upon arrival.
Job Responsibility:
– Receive shipments and verify contents by comparing purchase orders and invoices.
– Inspect received items for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
– Document and record incoming materials or products.
– Report any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
– Organize received items in designated storage areas.
– Assist in loading and unloading shipments when necessary.
