Production Supervisor Full Time
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations.
The candidate will supervise production staff, ensure quality standards, and maintain efficiency in production processes while following safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and workers.
Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Maintain production schedules and workflow.
Train and guide production staff on procedures and safety practices.
Ensure proper use of machinery and equipment.
Monitor inventory of raw materials and coordinate with the warehouse team.
Prepare production reports and maintain records.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with HSE regulations.
Resolve production issues and improve operational efficiency.
