FP&A Analyst

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the MFCF planning cycle, deliver actual vs. plan reporting, and build transparent dashboards to track results.
- Prepare commercial financial analysis and forward-looking projections to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
- Support timely and accurate P&L reporting aligned with global requirements, using Regional and Corporate reporting systems (e.g., GPM).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and the Global Business Service (GBS) organization to deliver high-quality financial solutions.
- Participate in initiatives to evolve FP&A capabilities, enhance processes, and drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance, including at least 2 years of hands-on FP&A and Free Cashflow (FCF) reporting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, and GPM
- Fluent in both Korean and English for effective communication with local and global teams.
- A proactive and analytical thinker who seeks out better ways of working, brings new perspectives, and actively drives improvement.
