Overview Of The Role:
The Home Planning Advisor is responsible for achieving individual sales targets and contributing to store sales targets through efficient and courteous home planning services. This role involves coordinating meetings with customers for customized consultations, ensuring stock availability, and providing feedback to management. The Advisor represents IKEA’s brand values by maintaining high standards of customer service, supporting sales strategies, and delivering solutions to small businesses and home customers. Success in this role requires strong communication with various departments for seamless operation and enhancing customer satisfaction.
