Overview of the role

As Financial Service Specialist your primary responsibilities are to manage the on-ground finance sales operations in Banks and Finance companies through the enforcement of campaigns, by identifying new or referring customers by the Sales team.

•    Negotiating finance contracts and pricing.
•    Meeting or exceeding sales KPI and revenue goals.
•    Providing financial service to clients.
•    Addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•    Managing paperwork related to F&I sales, leasing, registration, and delivery.

What you will do: 

•    Deliver against all sales KPI for lease, rental products and insurance

•    It appears that this email and meeting have been incorrectly assigned to me

•    Become actively integrated with key local banking network

•    Build high levels of customer service

•    This role encompasses the entire Financial Service sale process, including identifying potential clients, negotiating leasing and financing deals, ensuring customer best service, and handling all related paperwork

•    In addition to processing finance applications to improve and grow the current portfolio by ensuring geographical and territorial coverage is maintained based on business outcome.

Required Skills to be successful:

•    Knowledge of SAMA policy and local banking regulation.
•    Negotiating and processing finance sales, leasing contracts and pricing for individuals and self-employed.
•    Meeting or exceeding sales KPI of penetration target and revenue goals.    
•    Meeting Finance KPI target on monthly basis set by pentation target.
•     Ensuring smooth and accurate mentoring throughout the Financing process.
•    Managing all paperwork related to finance deals.
•    Clints consultative skills.
•    Previous exposure to high profile organizations.  
•    Target oriented and driven to exceed demanding challenges 
•     Comprehensive understanding of leasing principles and automotive industry dynamics.
•    Demonstrated expertise in lease operation.
•    Excellent knowledge of legal and Banks regulations governing leasing practices.

What equips you for the role:

•    Degree Level or Diploma

•    2 Years of Auto lease experience.

•    2 Years of Sales Experience.
