Overview Of The Role:

The Automotive Aftersales Pricing Executive plays a crucial role in managing and creating pricing packages for new and used vehicles. This role supports internal stakeholders by providing cost analysis and troubleshooting system issues. Key responsibilities include maintaining package accuracy, optimal pricing, and providing sales team support regarding pricing enquiries. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure profitability and competitiveness in aftersales offerings, which include maintenance, repairs, and parts replacements.

What You Will Do:

• Work closely with sales team to provide pricing support and address pricing-related enquiries such as high-volume discounts.
• Identify ad-hoc processes to standardize and improve pricing procedures.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze pricing queries and effectiveness.
• Identify and document system issues around pricing support and propose solutions.
• Ensure vehicle model job pricing is up to date and maintained within the online portal.
• Document all query scenarios and provide workaround solutions.
• Support ad-hoc inquiries by modeling the impact of various scenarios such as customer trend and negotiation options.
• Collaborate with sales team to collect feedback on pricing issues and deliver pricing-related deliverables in time with business timelines.
• Collect and analyze pricing data from large datasets to identify opportunities for product and process optimization.
• Support ad-hoc inquiries for tier 1 workshop services by modeling impacts and scenarios.
• Ensure accurate pricing and margins in line with established processes.
• Minimize pricing queries by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct regular pricing reviews to ensure alignment with company objectives and market conditions.
• Monitor and correct erroneous pricing, analyzing root causes to prevent low or negative margins.
• Ensure margins align with business structures utilizing pricing solution software.
• Timely creation of new pricing structures and ensure ongoing margin monitoring.
• Maintain all packages for vehicle deliveries, ensuring alignment with target prices.
• Ensure packages are accurately created within SAP and set above cost.
• Update all packages in line with business requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support timely vehicle deliveries through accurate package maintenance.
• Provide support for all internal stakeholder inquiries related to vehicle packages.
• Offer troubleshooting assistance for system-related errors affecting package delivery.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Proven experience in pricing analysis, preferably in automotive industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Mathematics.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP ERP.
• Experience in pricing analysis within the automotive industry is preferable.
