A reputable company in the UAE is seeking a friendly and proactive Community Assistant to support daily operations within residential or commercial communities. The role focuses on enhancing resident/customer experience, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth communication between management and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents/tenants with inquiries, requests, and service coordination
Support community events, activities, and engagement initiatives
Maintain records of resident interactions and service requests
Coordinate with maintenance, security, and management teams
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, property management, or hospitality is an advantage
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
