Sales Assistant Full Time

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Sales Assistant (Retail) to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products, and help achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Provide product information and help customers with their purchases
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked
Assist in receiving, organizing, and arranging inventory
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic math and cash handling skills
Positive attitude and team spirit
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
