Scope and General Purpose
Under the guidance of the Learning & Development Manager and within the limits of Rotana policies, procedures oversee, directs and provides Learning & Development opportunities for all colleagues in the property. Promote the desired work culture around the four core values – Rotana LIFE: Long Term, Innovative, Friendly and Ethical.
