Overview of the Role:

We are looking for UAE National Engineering Graduates to join FAMCO in a full-time role.

This position offers the opportunity to gain experience across different areas of the business, with a focus on engineering, operations, and data analysis. You will work closely with technical teams while also learning how data is used to improve performance and decision-making. At Al-Futtaim Automotive, we focus on building future talent by giving you real exposure from day one.

At FAMCO, you will develop a strong foundation in both engineering and data, opening doors to multiple career paths across the business.

What You Will Do:

• Support day-to-day engineering and workshop operations
• Learn how different parts of the business work, including aftersales, service, and technical support
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and maintenance activities
• Work with data (Excel/Power BI) to track performance such as:
• Equipment uptime
• Service turnaround time
• Support teams in identifying issues and improving processes using data
• Gain exposure to different business units within FAMCO

What We Are Looking For:

• UAE National (with Family Book)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Industrial, or similar)
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• Basic knowledge of Excel (Power BI is a plus)
• Interest in both engineering and data analysis
• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
