Location: Ankara, Adana, Bursa, Denizli, Istanbul Avrupa & Asya, Izmir, Manisa

Ready to experience the real world of sales?
The FutureFlow Internship Program at JTI offers university students a unique opportunity to experience field sales in a global company. As a Field Sales Intern, you will join our sales teams and spend time in the field together with distributor teams, gaining first-hand experience in how sales strategies are executed in the market. This internship will give you real exposure to customer relationships, retail dynamics, and sales operations in a fast-paced environment.

Who We’re Looking For
- 2nd or 3rd year Bachelor’s students, or 4th year students with compulsory internship
- Curious minds with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicators with teamwork skills
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and field-based environment
- Interested in sales, retail, and market dynamics
What You’ll Do
- Join field visits with sales representatives and distributor teams
- Work closely with distributor sales teams
- Learn how sales strategies are implemented in the market
- Support monitoring of product availability and in-store visibility
- Gain insights into trade marketing and sales operations
- Learn how sales strategies turn into real market results
