We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and results-driven Foreman to supervise site operations and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
The Foreman plays a key role in managing workforce activities, coordinating tasks on-site, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities
Assign tasks and monitor work progress
Ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
Maintain safety standards and enforce site regulations
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
Inspect work quality and resolve on-site issues
Report progress and updates to management
