Overview Of The Role:

To ensure effective control over all operational aspects of the Auto Units Distribution Division in KSA, while maintaining full compliance with customs regulations, port authorities, and local statutory requirements. The department’s core focus encompasses warehousing, documentation, port clearance, and the timely distribution of vehicles to dealer locations across KSA. The role is critical in driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the achievement of overall business objectives.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure accurate, timely, and insightful management reporting to provide clear visibility on daily operational performance, key achievements, and emerging trends.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all logistics and supply chain activities within the division.
• Monitor financial performance through regular P&L reviews, ensuring achievement of Net Profit targets through disciplined cost management and efficiency improvements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, operational updates, and value-added insights.
• Ensure timely and seamless delivery of vehicles to all showrooms, dealers, and distributor locations across KSA.
• Oversee all vehicle movements within premises, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards, including damage prevention and vehicle readiness.
• Formulate and finalize Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers, while effectively negotiating with suppliers in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead performance management processes, including staff appraisals and development reviews, in line with company policies and talent development frameworks.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations
• Working knowledge of SAP and other business systems
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complexity and operational challenges
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
