We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented CRM Executive to strengthen client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing customer interactions and supporting business growth.

Manage and update customer database and CRM systems
Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Analyze customer data to improve engagement and retention
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
