Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and innovative Marketing Manager ting to lead our marketing team in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive company growth and enhance brand awareness.

Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
3. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
4. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
5. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns against goals and KPIs.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Finance, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
2. Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on strategic planning and team management.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
5. Experience in data analysis and market research.
