Summary:
As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional customer service for guests and visitors.
Job Responsibility:
– Supervise front desk staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively
– Manage reservations and room assignments
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
– Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience in a similar role
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Customer-focused attitude
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
– Ability to work well under pressure
– Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
