Foreman Full Time
A skilled and experienced Foreman is required to supervise workers on construction sites and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project requirements. The selected candidate will coordinate site activities and support supervisors and engineers in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead construction workers on site
Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress
Ensure work is carried out according to project plans and instructions
Maintain site safety and enforce company rules
Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors
Monitor use of materials, tools, and manpower
Report site progress and issues to management
